After a multimillion-dollar refurbishment, the Crystal Serenity with a guest capacity of 740 and the Crystal Symphony with a guest capacity of 606, embarked on their inaugural voyages in 2023, marking a new era for Crystal.

Jann spent a week on the newly launched Crystal Serenity in July 2023 and it was fabulous; the service, food and entertainment were all outstanding. More than 80% of the senior management and crew are back onboard and all were delighted to see that everything is operating as it always did on Crystal. With the extensive remodelling, all has been improved / enhanced. There are so many choices and with the reduced guests, there is a lot of space and the service is even more personalised.
