I love exploring new areas as well as returning to places that I’ve really enjoyed. For the last 10 years, I’ve cruised annually with 15 to 25 of my clients joining me and this works really well. Everyone is very independent so we don’t operate as a group as such but I always introduce everyone to each other on the ship and arrange get togethers and a special event. There is great camaraderie and a number of people have got to know each other well over the years.

I choose a cruise that is either on a new ship or to an interesting area and I promote these trips well in advance as early booking is essential; I currently have the following fabulous trips planned for 2021:
29 June to 11 July 2021 - Cruising the Baltic Sea, Copenhagen to St Petersburg
with Abercrombie & Kent
Experience the cultures of eight countries —
Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Finland and Russia — and their grand, historic cities on Le Champlain with 148 guests
I’ve cruised the Baltic twice and loved it as it’s interesting as well as beautiful. The A&K expedition team is fantastic and there is a great choice of tours in each port. The cruise ends with 3 nights at the Four Seasons hotel in St Petersburg; there is so much to see and it will be wonderful to have after hours access to the Hermitage, Catherine’s Palace and Yusopov’s Palace.
27 August to 21 September 2021 - The Northeast Passage: Across the Russian Arctic with Abercrombie & Kent's founder Geoffrey Kent on Le Boreal
Join A&K founder Geoffrey Kent on a celebratory voyage through the Northeast Passage alongside their award-winning
Expedition Team, a National Geographic photographer and a Russian Far East expert. Cruise from Tromso, Norway, to Nome, Alaska,
visiting remote, legendary settlements strewn across the Russian High Arctic, seldom-seen Siberian islands, isolated wildlife habitats and
Arctic nature reserves along the way.
The seldom voyaged Northeast Passage is a fabulous bucket list trip and I’m so excited to be joining A&K with a Cruise Options group
on this incredible voyage of discovery. This will be my 8th group cruise with Abercrombie & Kent and they have all been wonderful
as the expedition team is superb, the ships are new and modern plus we’ve seen so many interesting and beautiful places.
There is great camaraderie when cruising with others, although everyone is quite independent.
March 2022 (dates TBC) - Wonders of Japan cruise with Abercrombie & Kent
Experience stunning & ever-compelling Japan on an 11-night cruise with A&K’s renowned Expedition Team and enrichment specialists, exploring unique ports and enjoying included shore excursions, all from aboard exclusively chartered, all-balcony ‘Le Laperouse’.
This will be my 4th time in Japan and it’s really beautiful and interesting with wonderful gardens and art. This cruise is on a small ship with 150 guests and we’ll be there in spring to see the cherry blossoms. We have a lot of interest in Japan and more information about this cruise is below my signature.
21 August to 4 September 2022 - 14-day Legend of the Icelandic Sagas on the Seabourn Venture
Circle Iceland’s coastal Viking heritage on a round-trip from Reykjavik and sail deep into Greenland’s towering, colourful fjords to where shining glaciers flow from alpine ranges. Enjoy an amphitheatre of mountains that encircle the greater Reykjavik area, boasting a coastline indented with coves, peninsulas and islands.
Accompanied by Seabourn’s excellent expedition team on this circumnavigation of Iceland, you’ll also cruise the best of the East Coast of Greenland. Scoresby Sound is mind blowing plus this is the largest Fjord system, much bigger than the Norwegian and Chilean Fjords. This cruise will be on the newly launched Seabourn Venture with 264 guests.
